One trust center for every review.
Publish your certifications, policies and approved answers once. Redacto answers reviewers and drafts inbound questionnaires from that library, so your team only handles what is new.

Inbound questionnaires start mostly answered.
Upload the spreadsheet or portal export a customer sends. Redacto drafts each answer from your approved library and shows where it came from. A person approves, and nothing goes out unapproved.
Imports spreadsheets and portal questionnaires
Every draft cites an approved source
Gaps routed to a named owner
Nothing exported until approved

What changes for your security team.
Fewer emails, fewer repeat questions, no NDAs chased by hand.
Reviewers ask in plain language and get an approved answer with its source, without emailing your team.
Restricted reports open once the NDA is accepted and an owner approves.
Every answer has an owner and a review date, so nothing stale goes out.
What Trust Center covers.
Certifications, policies and FAQs, each set to public, private or restricted.
Approved answers, each with a named owner and a next review date.
Approve or decline requests for restricted documents, with the NDA on record.
Drafts inbound questionnaires from the same library, for a person to approve.

Approve once, answer everywhere.
Every answer follows the same path, from an inbound question to a published answer you can reuse.

What teams ask first.
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?
A general assistant can draft an answer, but it does not know which answer your team approved, who owns it or when it was last reviewed, and it keeps no record of what went to which customer. Redacto's agents answer only from your approved library, attach the source and owner, and send anything new to a named owner before it goes out.
Do our customers need a Redacto account?
No. Reviewers read your trust page or receive the finished questionnaire. For restricted documents they only submit an access request and accept the NDA.
What happens when there is no approved answer yet?
The question goes to a named owner, and nothing is exported until it has an approved answer. Once approved, that answer joins the library for next time.
See your next questionnaire drafted.
Thirty minutes. Bring a security questionnaire you answered recently and we'll show you how much of it Redacto drafts from your existing policies.
Tell us where to send the invite. The message is optional.
