Consent you can prove on every channel.
Redacto checks that every withdrawal reaches the systems that use the data, and reconciles it into a statement an auditor can read.

Your colours, logo and tone.
One choice per purpose, data listed.
English plus 22 scheduled languages.
Every click writes a receipt.
What Consent Management covers.
Configurable purposes, multilingual notices and version control.
A timestamped receipt linked to the notice, and the full history behind it.
Redacto checks that every withdrawal reached the systems that act on it, and produces a Consent Reconciliation Statement you can show an auditor.

From notice to reconciled record.
Redacto watches every step and flags the ones that break.

What teams ask first.
How do we integrate it, and how long does it take to go live?
Capture runs through our web and mobile SDKs and APIs, and downstream systems connect over API. It runs as SaaS, in your private cloud or on-prem, and most teams go live on their first channel in 1 week.
How does a withdrawal reach our downstream systems and vendors, and how do we prove it did?
Each withdrawal is pushed to every system and processor mapped to that purpose. Redacto checks that each one acted on it, follows up on any that didn’t, and records the result in a Consent Reconciliation Statement you can show an auditor or the Board.
Does this work for offline and call centre consent?
Yes. Capture runs through the same record whether the choice is made on a web form, inside an app, over the phone or on paper, and each route keeps its own notice version.
Can we run notices in multiple Indian languages?
Yes. Notices can be offered in English and in the 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule, as the DPDP Act allows, and every language version is kept on record.
What happens to consent collected before Redacto?
Historical consent can be loaded onto the record as a starting point, tagged by its original source, so the full history stays intact even before Redacto tracked it live.
Does it work with Consent Managers registered with the Data Protection Board?
Yes. Consent given or withdrawn through a registered Consent Manager lands on the same record as every other channel, so your reconciliation covers it too.
Can we record legitimate uses where consent isn’t required?
Yes. Processing that relies on a legitimate use under Section 7 is recorded against the same purpose, with the ground noted, so you can show why consent wasn’t needed.
How do you handle consent for children?
For users under 18, the flow asks for a parent or guardian’s consent and records how their identity and age were checked, as Rule 10 requires.
Can each group company run its own consent from one account?
Yes. Each entity gets its own notices, purposes and records, with a group view for the DPO and separate access for each entity’s team.
Where is consent data stored, and for how long?
Records are encrypted and stored in the local country by default. Retention is set per purpose, and on private cloud or on-prem the records stay in your own environment.
How is it priced?
