See what's exposed. Fix what matters first.
Redacto finds sensitive data that is over-shared, public or forgotten, ranks it by real risk under DPDP, and proposes the fix. Your team approves before anything changes.

Found isn’t the same as safe.
Discovery tells you where sensitive data is. Posture tells you where it is exposed, who can reach it and what to fix first.
Public links, over-shared drives, unencrypted stores and stale copies, found where sensitive data sits.
Who can reach each sensitive store, flagged where access is wider than the role needs.
Redacto ranks each exposure by how sensitive the data is, how many people it belongs to and what DPDP requires, so the worst comes first.
Redacto proposes the fix: restrict access, mask, move or delete. The owner approves before anything changes.
What Data Security Posture covers.
Databases, file shares, SaaS, endpoints and cloud stores, including scanned documents.
Who can reach each sensitive store, flagged where access is wider than the role needs.
Sensitivity, volume and DPDP obligations combined into one score for every finding.
Proposed fixes routed to the owner, approved, tracked to closure and kept on record.

From exposure to a closed finding.
Redacto does the triage. A person decides what changes.

What teams ask first.
How is this different from data discovery?
Discovery finds and classifies sensitive data. Posture builds on the same findings: it looks at who can reach that data and how it is exposed, then ranks the risk and routes the fix.
Will Redacto change permissions on its own?
No. Redacto proposes each fix and the owner approves it. Access, masking and deletion change only after a named person signs off, and every decision is kept on record.
Does posture data leave our network?
Your records never do. Scanning runs inside your environment and only findings and metadata reach the platform. On private cloud or on-prem, nothing leaves at all.
Which systems does it cover?
Databases, file shares, SaaS, cloud stores and endpoints, including scanned documents read with OCR. PAN, Aadhaar and other Indian identifiers are recognised out of the box.
Do we need an agent on every endpoint?
Data stores connect through read-only connectors, with no agent. Endpoints use a lightweight agent you can roll out through your existing device management.
Will scanning slow down production systems?
No. Scans use read-only access, can be throttled or scheduled outside business hours, and after the first full scan only look at what changed.
Does this replace our DLP?
No. DLP watches data as it moves. Posture looks at where sensitive data sits and who can reach it. They work side by side, and better posture means fewer DLP alerts to chase.
How soon do we see findings?
Within days of connecting the first source. Large estates are scanned in stages, starting with the systems you rank as highest risk.

Bring one system. We'll show you what is exposed, who can reach it and what Redacto would fix first.
